- What is a credit?
- A credit is the unit you spend to remediate a page. One credit remediates one page. Checking a document for accessibility issues is free.
- Do credits expire?
- One-time credit packs never expire. Monthly API allotments are granted each billing period and are for that period.
- How do volume discounts work?
- The bigger the pack, the lower the price per credit — from €0.50 down to €0.35 on the largest one-time pack, and down to €0.30 on the largest monthly API allotment.
- Do I need an account to try it?
- No. You can run an accessibility check on any PDF with no account and no credit card. You only pay when you remediate.
- What is the difference between the Platform and the API?
- The Platform is the self-serve web app: you upload, review and fix documents yourself. The API does the same work programmatically from your own system, for high volume. Both produce the same signed evidence record.
